Furnished apartments for season rent is a good choice of accommodation in Rio de Janeiro. With periods and values in daily time or a little longer (up to 90 days as determined by Tenant Law) you can find a lot of properties offering many items of comfort and privacy.

Remember that short time rental has its peculiarities. There is a law that that sets deadlines and contract clauses. The lessor asks for a percentage between 25 and 50% for the booking. The balance is to be paid in cash at check-in. There’s also a security deposit that’s not part of the value of the lease, is just a value that ensures the care of the assets of the property being rented, the amount is usually returned in full at the end of the stay after inspection of the property practice and is an item of the lease term.
