The apartment has unique atmosphere between bedroom, living-room and kitchen. It’s very comfortable for a couple (maximum two adults). Eventually, over short periods can accommodate, for example, a couple with a child, remembering that this is a studio with shared environment, there’s no walls dividing living-room, bedroom and kitchen.

In the bedroom there is a bed box, mattress with protectors-coated, hypoallergenic pillows, bed linen and cotton bath, air-conditioning, cable TV. In the living-room there’s a single sofa-bed and glass table with two chairs next to the bench that divides living and kitchen. The kitchen is compact and functional with sink, compact refrigerator, microwave, cooktop 2 burners, kettle, crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils. Airly bathroom with naturally lit, electric shower.

It’s corner to Rainha Elizabeth with Av. Copacapana, a few minutes from Arpoador and Ipanema beaches. There is supermarket next to the building, bus stop at the door; at the street itself and nearby, there are a lot of banks, shops, pharmacies, restaurants and services. Metro General Osório Station is just a few minutes on foot; also just a few minutes by seaside (AV. Atlântica) arrives to the Cantagalo Station (Rua Xavier da Silveira).
