It’s an apartment suitable for a couple. It can accommodate a couple and a guest. Maximum capacity 3 adults, or couple and 2 children. Separate bedroom and living room, approximately 45 m2. American kitchen integrated with the living room.

There is an iron and ironing board, as well as basic hygiene items for the moment of arrival (kitchen detergent, sponge, kitchen towel, hand soap, toilet paper).
CLEANING AND SERVICES
The apartment is delivered clean and tidy and at the end of the stay it should be as it was found, barring wear and tear common to use.
CONDOMINIUM / BUILDING
It’s in a family-run, secure residential building, with day and night concierge, it’s on the fourth floor, there’s an elevator, 4 apartments per floor, on Joaquim Nabuco between Conselheiro Lafaiete and Raul Pompéia, odd side. It’s 2 blocks from the beach at Copacabana’s Post 6, the boundary between Arpoador and Copacabana, near Ipanema. From here you can quickly reach any of the three beaches on foot.
BASIC RULES
- Smoking is not allowed here (not even in the windows).
- The ideal capacity is two adults in a double bed
- Maximum capacity 3 adults / possible one couple and two children.
- Waste and garbage must be removed from the apartment every day and placed in the appropriate place. This makes the environment more pleasant and is one of the requests made by the company we have hired to carry out the pest control service.
- Quiet hours must be respected. Remember that this is a residential building and the neighbors are mostly residents with a work and rest routine.
IN THE BUILDING
- observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m;
- do not smoke or carry cigarettes in common areas of the building;
- do not enter or circulate in bathing suits in the social entrance, elevator and corridors;
- when coming from the beach, wipe the sand off your feet before entering the building.
CONTACT THE HOST
During their stay, guests can make contact with us whenever they need to. Whenever possible, during daytime hours, we can arrange for the keys to be handed over in person. For times other than the standard, or for different situations, we will explain about self check-in/check-out.

At the time of booking, guests’ details must be provided, as well as check-in and check-out times.
All payments are made through Airbnb.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS
HOURS
Standard check-in 15:00 / checkout 11:00.
Possibility of changing arrival and departure times: check feasibility in advance. Flexibility of schedule (advance or extend) will always depend on availability.
Because we respect the condominium’s quiet hours, we are not available for check-in or check-out from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., unless previously agreed, when we can arrange to hand over the keys without our attendance. If your schedule is very different from the standard time, please consult us before making a booking.
CHECK IN
Check-in time is from 15:00. If you need to arrive earlier (from 0:00 am to 3:00 pm) you will have to book the previous night as well (because we may have another booking ending by 11:00 am on the day of your arrival).
CHECKOUT
Check-out time is until 11 am. If there is a need to leave later (from 11 am to 0 am) you must book the night of the day of your departure (because we may have another reservation starting at 3 pm on the day of your departure and we need a few hours to fix the apartment for another guest) .
If you do not consult or inform times in the booking confirmation, we will understand that the standard time will be established.
