Back window (no street noise), well lit, 11th floor, lift to the 10˚ floor more 1 floor by the stairs. There is no parking. Simple building, 24-hour concierge. For non-smokers.
The environment
Small apartment suitable for a couple, unique environment with 25m2. High floor and clear, quiet in relation to the street noise because it faces back to the street. Close to the beach at Posto 6, and next to Arpoador and Ipanema. It is on the 11th floor and the lift goes up to the 10th floor, up the stairs to the 11o. That makes the studio not suitable for people who have difficulty climbing stairs.

There is an iron and ironing table, as well as basic hygiene items to the arrival (kitchen detergent, sponge, kitchen towel, soap for hands, toilet paper).

The apartment is delivered clean and tidy and at the end of the stay it should be as found.
CONDOMINIUM
The studio is in a safe residential building with 24h doorman, two lifts, Nossa Senhora de Copacabana between Joaquim Nabuco and Rainha Elizabeth da Bélgica, there is a supermarket next door and a bus stop in front of the building’s concierge. It is on the eleventh floor of a building with only 5 units per floor, the lift goes up to the tenth floor, so there is a flight of stairs from the tenth to the eleventh floor (not advisable for those who have difficulties with steps). It is 1 minute from the beach at post 6 in Copacabana, it is a small block (about 50 meters): just leave the building and turn right to see the sea. Copacabana’s Posto 6 is next to Arpoador and Ipanema, at this point you can quickly reach any of the three beaches on foot.
BASIC RULES
- Smoking is not allowed at this location.
- The maximum capacity is two adults in a double bed (without children).
- Waste and garbage must be removed daily and placed in specified location, this procedure makes the environment more pleasant and this is one of the pest control service requests that we hired.
- Quiet times should be respected. We remember that this is a residential building and the neighbors are mostly locals with a routine of work and rest.
CONTACT THE HOST
During the stay the guest may contact us whenever he needs. We will always be in person at the studio on the day and time scheduled for key collection, information and sign lease term agreement.
DATA, TIMES AND PAYMENT
On booking, data from guests should be informed, as well as time to check-in and check-out.
All payments are made through Airbnb.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS
SCHEDULES
Standard check in 15:00 / check out 11:00.
Possibility of changing arrival and departure times: consult availability in advance. The flexibility of schedules (advance or extend) will always depend on reservations before and after yours.
Because we respect the condominium’s quiet hours, we are not available for check-in or check-out from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am, unless previously agreed, when we can arrange a way to hand over the keys without our presence. If your schedules are very different from the standard schedule, please consult us before making the reservation.
CHECK IN
Check-in time is from 15:00. If you need to arrive earlier (from 0:00 am to 3:00 pm) you will have to book the previous night as well (because we may have another booking ending by 11:00 am on the day of your arrival).
CHECK-OUT
Check-out time is until 11 am. If there is a need to leave later (from 11 am to 0 am) you must book the night of the day of your departure (because we may have another reservation starting at 3 pm on the day of your departure and we need a few hours to fix the apartment for another guest) .
If you do not consult or inform times in the booking confirmation, we will understand that the standard time will be established.
