CLEANING AND SERVICES

The apartment is delivered clean and tidy and at the end of the stay it should be as it was found.

CONDOMINIUM

It is in a safe, family-run residential building, with a day and night doorman, security cameras on all floors, two elevators, Julio de Castilhos between Conselheiro Lafaiete and Raul Pompeia. The window faces the entrance street, Júlio de Castilhos, and allows you to see a piece of the Copacabana sea to the right.

GROUND RULES

  • Smoking is not allowed in this room.
  • The maximum capacity is two adults in a double bed (no children).
  • Waste and garbage must be removed from the apartment every day and placed in the indicated place. This makes the environment more pleasant and is one of the requests of the company we have hired for the dedetization service.
  • Quiet hours must be respected. Remember that this is a residential building and the neighbors are mostly residents with a work and rest routine.

Standard check-in 15:00 / checkout 11:00.
Possibility of changing arrival and departure times: check feasibility in advance. Flexibility of schedule (advance or extend) will always depend on availability.

Because we respect the condominium’s quiet hours, we are not available for check-in or check-out from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., unless previously agreed, when we can arrange to hand over the keys without our attendance. If your schedule is very different from the standard time, please consult us before making a booking.

CHECK IN

Check-in time is from 15:00. If you need to arrive earlier (from 0:00 am to 3:00 pm) you will have to book the previous night as well (because we may have another booking ending by 11:00 am on the day of your arrival).

CHECK-OUT

Check-out time is until 11 am. If there is a need to leave later (from 11 am to 0 am) you must book the night of the day of your departure (because we may have another reservation starting at 3 pm on the day of your departure and we need a few hours to fix the apartment for another guest) .

If you do not consult or inform times in the booking confirmation, we will understand that the standard time will be established.
